1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or placing an order for our human-edited video clipping services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Service
ShortsClipping provides manual, human-directed video extraction, hook optimization, caption design, and formatting of raw clips. We deliver finished 9:16 vertical videos in standard MP4 formats based on the tier details selected.
3. Video Revisions
Starter plans include 2 rounds of revisions per clip batch. Growth and Agency tiers include unlimited revision requests within reason. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of file delivery.
4. Payment and Cancellation
Services are billed on a recurring monthly subscription basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. Cancelled accounts retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.
5. Delivery Guarantees
We guarantee a 48-hour turnaround time for initial batch drafts. In case of unexpected delay, we will proactively coordinate and adjust your scheduling.
